@Process Flow Management

Module for the creation and the management of the Process Flows. This module has been made in three different versions each with functionalities and fields for different kinds of applications:

@PFMTS

It’s been designed to meet the requirements of ISO TS Standards and based on the functional principle of input, phase, output, that can be, connected to different processes; internal or external, both for the data of input and output.
It is structured for allowing the definition of the flows of all the business processes. While writing of the sequence of the operations that compose the process, to every operation it is possible to connect the following and generate a flow chart, from which subsequently it is possible to choose in operational phase to access the masks of data entry.

@PFM SPC
 

Designed for the creation, the optimization and the management of the Process Flows in structured activity and above all to allow the coherent creation of process flows is entirely supported by a database.
All data is saved in the database both as a constitutive element of the process (operation or phase) creating a whole Knowledge base and information that is shared by the whole program.
This approach allows to use and reuse all the existing information and to create some new dynamically during the configuration.
The creation of new processes becomes simple and avoids the possibility to create duplicates and redundancies.
It is totally Integrated with the SPC Module.

@PFM MM

It’s been designed to be used in simple way inside of the Manufacturing Management Module, it allows the "writing" in a simple and very direct way of the flows defined by single phases and connected being, selectable directly from the database, allowing to share the data shared with other processes and modules, with all the modules.

@Procedure Management

Module for the dynamic creation of the procedures according to as foreseen by the norms ISO 9000.
It is supported on a database in which it records all information and from which can subsequently get it back and reuse it during the creation of other procedures.
It is totally configurable both as for layout than as logical sequence of the information.
The scheme of the responsibilities of the single procedures, the area of application, as well as all the other information’s use the potentiality of the database; in the same way the functions are managed for verification, comment and approval from the competent professional figures.

@Operating Instructions Management

The Module for the management of the Operating Instructions is designed in the same way of the Module for the procedures with which it can share some functions and it is totally integrated with it. It allows to dynamically create the Operating Instructions according to the current standards. It handles verifications and approvals from the competent professional figures. Both the forms foresee a cross-reference matrix that allows to monitor the correlations among the single components of the procedures and the operational instructions; this allows to know how much the change of a component impacts with the others.
The matrix of cross reference will show more precisely, in horizontal the list of procedures and on the vertical the list of other procedures or operating instructions and the list of procedures; the point of interference between the two it will show the need that when modifying one it will be necessary to also modify the other.

In the same way the interference of all the other information can be shown if it has been indicated while filling the field on the procedure that compose the system, procedure/operating instructions procedure/procedure operating instructions/operating instructions, procedure/Standards, procedure/responsibility, etc.

@CPM SPC
 

Designed for the optimization and the creation and the management of the Control Plans in structured activity and, above all, to allow the coherent creation of Control Plans is entirely supported on a database.
Every Control Plan is stored in the database as complete plan and as constitutive element reusable on creation of a new plan (operation or phase) creating a whole base information that is shared by the whole program.
This approach allows to use and reuse all the existing information and to create a new one dynamically during the configuration.
The creation of new Control Plans becomes simple and avoids the possibility to create duplicates and redundancies.
It is totally integrated with the SPC Module.

@Training Management

Powerful and flexible, @Training Management is the result of a long evolution of the methods of extra accountability management of the personnel, its formation and all the activities connected to this thematic.
Developed in native web architecture, it picks up all the information and the data in a unique database located on a web server, intranet or internet, which all the users can access from their postings through the use of a simple browser.
It is possible to access to the system after the appropriate identification through login and password. The system allows to assign faculty and levels of responsibility to every user, according to criterions defined by the administrator. The sensitive data of the single employer can be protected with further safety levels.
Web Training Management has been designed for multilingual management and it is released with the default version in Italian English.
It is possible to plan all the necessary information to the creation and the management of the training courses.
The training courses can be organized by the Company or by an entity external to the corporate, to which the firm decides to enrol some of their own people; it can be held in internal or external locations, by Company’s employers or independent teachers.
The treated matters and the criterions for evaluation of the results, are completely configurable as much as the necessary prerequisites for the participation to the course, to what function, or to which group of job is destined and, from which level of responsibility must be approved.
Every course can be self-confined to itself or repeated several times, and the software offers the possibility to repeat it over the time, creating more editions.
Every course can be completed through one or more sections of education that will be scheduled at the moment of the deliberation of the course.
The scheduling is detailed and it allows to plan all the activities, the date, the time of the beginning and the time of end of the single sessions, the classroom and the name of the teacher that will do it.

@FMEA Management

The module for the creation and management of the FMEA Analysis has been developed completely multilingual and totally configurable and it allows the management of all the types of Fmea according to the most diffused standards and to create own proprietary forms of it. It is composed by default with the Process Fmea and the Design Fmea. It is connected to the powerful use of the database that supports all the data that are used in his development and that are shared with the other modules of the Enterprise software.
This means that the creation of the Fmea is supported using all the information of the single operations of the processes as well as the ones of the control plans and the single characteristics that have already been inserted in the basic data and vice versa; it allows to write a process starting from the Fmea analysis, and inserting then the results into the database.
The calculation of the RPN takes place with the typical method (AxBxC) and the values of Ranking that are used are fully configurable from the user. The system produces the Fmea reports in a dynamic way using the standard AIAG format, but it is of easy customization.
The reports can be exported into Word and Excel, for following changes and in PDF.

@Live SPC

Module for the management of the Statistical Process Control; it fully integrates the Control Plans, the Process Flows, the release in production, the real time charting and post production Analysis, it allows to collect data from the field in absence or in presence of the operator; from keyboard, from serial ports or by files and through gageports directly from the gages. The control plans can be formulated for managing variable characteristics or attributive or in mixed way; the frequency of sampling is definable from the user. The data entries are made through masks and they are simple and intuitive; the data are shown to the operator in sequence that can be by characteristic (same characteristic on all the parts that compose the subgroup) or by part (measurement of all the characteristics on a part then to pass to the following part and to effect the same measurement).
For every measured characteristic it produces automatically the control charts and the distribution curves; both normal and unilateral. The report types are ample and conforming to the most popular standards of the market.

The management of the company structure is hierarchized through a structure with several levels completely configurable, which structure allows the use of the software in multi location corporations.

@PPAP Management

The Module for the management of the PPAP is totally integrated with all the other modules of Enterprise with which it shares the database and therefore it exchanges the data andit allows the generation of the documentation required by the international standards for the technique of PPAP. It acquires the data from the recordings of SPC, of GR&R and from all the other characteristics of product of test and functionality; the presentation to the customer becomes easy and coherent; it produces the document of ISIR (Initial Submission Inspection Report) and the document of Warrant as well as all the other reports required by this methodology.

@8D Management

The Module for the 8D management is totally integrated with all the other modules that are part of the Enterprise solution to the generation and application of corrective actions. It allows a step by step construction of the requests and distributes it to responsible persons/offices. It is a tool to generate a perform analysis, the proposal of corrective actions and to verify its effectiveness in full conformity with the indications of Ford as well as the ones by the QS 9000 and ISO TS 16949.

@APQP Management

It is the module used for the management of the APQP, Advanced Product Quality Planning activity, it allows the creation in logical and sequential way of all the defined phases and the requested documents for the management for this methodology, it uses a formulation through projects for every new product, it plans and manages the times, methods, procedures, characteristics of product, tests of functionality and of control.

@Team Management

It is the module for the creation and the management of the cross functional teams, the convocation of the meetings, the order of the day, the results, the proposals and the due assignment of responsibility. It generates all the reports and connected documents.

@Maintenance Management

The Maintenance Management Module is used for the management of the preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and parametric maintenance; it is entirely supported by a database and it shares information with all the other modules of the Enterprise software. The access to the data is protected from a system of login and password and every user can accesses only to the zone of the program to which he is authorized to.
It can manage all the functionalities, included the whole management of the resources, of the duties, the creation of the workgroups (teams), including internal and external resources.

Whole activity is planned through the use of calendars both of the assets resources and of the operational resources, to release the work orders and to assign the single functions according to the urgency, it eventually gathers activities scheduled with those in progress of work attributed to failures; consumptive the costs; it manages the purchasing of spare parts and the internal and external stocks of spare parts and the cost for spare parts.

@Gage Management

It is the module that allows to manage the gauges and measuring instruments with the relative statistic studies; every instrument contains all the information that belongs to it, referenced both of calibration and characteristics and functionality. It is structured to meet the indications of standard MSA, Qs 9000 and ISO TS 17025.

It allows to perform scheduled for internal and external calibration, both with internal personnel that perform calibration inside or outside of the company and the same if it is external personnel that will perform calibration inside or outside of the company, both for variables or for attributes; it performs statistical tests of Repeatability, Reproducibility, Linearity, Bias and Anova according to the methods indicated by the most common national and international standards.

@Complaints Management

It is the module for the performance of the Complaints Management, that allows to manage the claims from customers and suppliers (can be internal or external to the company); it is based on the principle of the recordings of all the claims received by anybody (complaints) in a basic data entry form.
Every request will be assigned by the system to a person/office responsible that will have the assignment to analyze and to define in more detail the claim, its nature, its origin and, to accept or to refuse the complaints
The elimination of the non conformity with success and the elimination of the problems driven in by defined procedures and every step is assigned to the single person of or entity that has the responsibility to make the realization successfully. The result are then checked and after evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed action it will be decided if the same one is limited to be applied request (Containment action) and if it will be extended on application to the list of reported requests for improvements (Preventive and Corrective actions).
It is also foreseen an area of cost registration of the single Complaints and their setup for elimination; the cost can be quantified in way of overall cost or analytically calculated considering also the repercussions that can have on other parts already produced or in production; in the stock; on delivery; or already delivered.

A powerful statistical and graph generator allows to calculate statistic evaluations of all the Complaints in a time frame established generating all the indicators and the user defined diagrams.

@CAPAR Management

This is the module for the management of the CAPAR Corrective and Preventive Action Requests it allows to produce and to manage all the requests for preventive and corrective actions that belong to a product, a process, or a service within the company organization and to assign them to entity or persons that through the use of the other modules of our solution Enterprise manage it through the use of the method PDCA.

@Cost of Quality Management

The module for the management of the Costs of the Quality; it is based on the most accredited theory to divide the costs of managing quality in costs of prevention, of maintaining and cost of correction of the errors; where the goal is to gradually move the greatest part of the costs of correction (reducing them the most possible) in costs of prevention.
The program allows the formulation of a budget of expense based on objectives and on this to daily entry the recordings of all the expenses supported.
The system allows the generation of all the statistical indicators and the graphs normally requested for this functionality.

@Evaluation Management

This Module for the management of the Self Evaluations (Assessments) and for the preparation of the Evaluations from external entities (Audits) is based on the use of Questionnaires (lists of evaluations with possible answers) and is totally configurable both as questions and answers. To every question it is possible to select an answer from the list of possible answers and automatically assign a rating.
Every questionnaire can be completely defined by the user and the list for every single matter is assembled with others of different matters to compose lists of evaluation.
For every rating it is possible to assign a weight that allows to change criteria of evaluation easily if some evaluation criteria changes without re run the entire evaluation.
Inside every evaluation it is possible to apply an algorithm of calculation that allows to calculate definable indicators that represent even complex evaluation criteria.
Every rating is configurable both as a text (meaning of the question) and as the value of the different criterions of evaluation.
The system allows the generation of all the statistical indicators and the graphs normally requested for this functionality.

@Activity Management

The I module for Activity Management has been designed for the management of the business activities, of the personnel, or of the offices, of the correspondence, of the telephone use, in entrance and in exit both internally and externally; it allows to create forms pre-defined for the generation of quotations, fax messages or e-mail etc.

@Manufaturing Management

 

It is a product thought for a specific target of companies and it doesn't have in its objectives to do everything for everybody but it has as its purpose to be planned for small and medium companies of production and for job based business and since the producers often distribute their own products it also meets the world of the distribution: It has been thought for firms who have a target of 50 stations (PC) in line as maximum and it is really less complex than the equivalent solutions, like ERP.
It is a totally integrated solution that understands all the anticipated functionalities in the activities of firms of medium dimension.
