PREMISE:

Before proceeding to the description of our software, of the functions that it is able to develop and to the requisites that it is able to satisfy we take here the liberty to shortly describe what the lines have been that have inspired our thought during its designing and engineering.

Tecnologie e Servizi Srl is a society of managerial consultants that plans and realizes software for the business area commonly defined Execution Layer and supply it to its customers together with a suitable cultural and organizational support both in phase of analysis and start up. 
Our products are all native for web, with intensive use of innovative technologies, that are easily installable and usable in any point of the globe through the standard web architectures
We have designed the Enterprise solution software for the management of the business processes, of the quality, of the environment, of the safety, production, maintenance and the computer safety. 
It is composed of modules that cover all the requisite of the most common  international Standards and the operational habits of the market, and it can be used both as independent modules or as a totally integrated solutions. 
All the data reside on a common database and every function  feeds those following, the use of the program is easy and in a completely driven way or in a completely automatic way  
The interface Web makes /it particularly friendly to the user. 

OUR SOFTWARE: 
 
It is the result of a long research  to the definition of the characteristic products and the necessary technical and technological requisite for the satisfaction of the requirements of the market 
In to complete this analysis we hypothesized to realize a suite of products that satisfied the requisite of the most common international standard as the normal operational routines. 
The objective end that is set there it is to get a series of products multilingual to be able to sell abroad 
The project has required five years of preparation and programming  and we are still developing it 
 
 
 
And it has entirely been projected and realized in Italy from our technicians and in the offices of Tecnologie e Servizi.

Enterprise is a system of @Management of new conception.  
It is developed keeping track of some fundamental logical principles:
 

• In the companies are normally recorded  characteristic and meaningful data that are collected in various way, manually, automatically, in absolute value or admitted under form of papery documents. 
• It is Typical, to collect  many data and to check only few of it, since control requires time and resources and  can some time  constitute a cost superior to the advantages. 

This type of approach has driven the affirmation that one of the largest consultant firms of USA affirmed that the companies often produce more data than products, and that the secret of the future success is in the ability to transform the "data" in "information" making it available "in intelligible way", "to the right place and in the right moment."

Enterprise:

• It aggregates the data in free way according to the real necessities of the company, for type, for quantity and for frequency and it furnishes what was established to get. 
• It works through thresholds that establish the limits of acceptability within which the events don't need any control because acceptable, and it warns through the use of an active interface if some parameter (one or more) goes out of the limits and therefore it requires of a control or an intervention.
• It uses hierarchized structures that allow the vision of groups data aggregated by  the level of responsibility of the person that is visualizing them. 
• It delivers to every user the correct quantity of information based on the job and position  that has to do. 
• It manages information with the principle of the Cross View, that is allowing the parameterization through the use of sortfields with the purpose to define in univocal way, process or moments of reference to use as elements of traceability in the case of future researches. 

From the computer point of view the points of strength that make "Enterprise" a very reliable product, practical and scalable are: 
 
Fully integrated 
It uses Closed Loop Technology where the database is common to all the application modules that compose the solution.
Every operation, therefore, feeds the common functions indicated by the various modules, then when opening it they will already be present in the due positions the data previously entered. 

Entirely Modular
It is composed by modules that can also be used independently separated, every module form is supplied with all the necessary functions to support its operation.

No proprietary component or systems
It is totally based and protocols of standard communication. The maintenance of the system can be effected by any technical hardware/software that has a minimum of familiarity with the environment and with the protocols of Internet-based communication.

Advanced but reliable and strong technologies
It currently uses most modern available technologies:
Programming Languages: ASP, PHP, ASP net (C#,VB.net) C++, Java, XML, WML
Models of access to the data: ODBC, OLE DB, DAO, ADO AND ADO.NET
Databases: Oracle and Microsoft
That even being innovative solutions, they have an elevated level of stability and a remarkable documentation and bibliography.

Reuse of the existing technological infrastructures 
If it is it already existing a net of PC based on Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol (currently the most common), the infrastructure can be used for any other common use (for example to connect the offices or the pc that so far resulted to be independent). Besides it is possible to connect an endless number of remote units to the system. All it takes is connecting to Internet the interested offices and the system will automatically receive the new data without any change or additional installation or configurations  of software is required.

The system is divided in principal parts of which the first one is typically static and is used to produce and to manage the documental part of the quality system, while the second produces and manages in dynamic way all the data that the various process requires.

Every single point is developed according to the indications of the ISO norm using the approach for process and managing: 

• The inputs, 
• The process, 
• The outputs. 

  Opportunely supported   

• By Procedures,  
• By Operational Instructions and  
• By the system of management of the documents. 

The data won't be entered anymore in forms, but through masks of interface; digited one time only, entered in the database and reused by all functions or in the following process, avoiding repetitions and possibility of error and useless losses of time. 
The reports that will point out the result of the activities or processes will be produced in dynamic way currently reproducing the exact format in use built with the resident data in the database, but avoiding the saving of the single reports or difficult researches and therefore possibility of error. 

The system is modular and this allows the installation of every single module one at the time optimizing the times of starting up. 
A module will be installed, brought up to speed and when it is completed and correctly performing it is possible to proceed to the installation of another module. 
If the business formulation allows it or the circumstances require it, more modules can be installed contemporarily.

The Fundamental requisites: 
 
 

• To build a knowledge base made to merge data and experiences and behaviour so that can be consulted in any moment and that becomes the drive line for future activities. 
• To transform data in information. 
• To make the information available for everybody and to make the knowledge and the experience of everyone for common benefit. 

For this reason, in designing Enterprise we have applied in large extent, in every module as in the whole system, the principles expressed by Professor Deming.  

 
“You can improve only what you can measure." 

• How many indicators, or measures, do we need?  
• Only those that are useful to the organization 
• to Measure, to register to elaborate data coast, and  
• it must be done only if it is clear clearly understood why it is done, and  
• what it is used for     
• Pay attention to the validity of the data ,
• The human intervention in the measure, registration and elaboration of the data should be void or least to avoid subjectivity, errors and tampering.    
• A system of control and measurement is always a dynamic system: what was meaningful yesterday may not be suitable today or tomorrow. 

The practice, over the norms, point out as necessary the use of univocal data in the various areas of the company and that a structured flow of data allows to share it. 
The construction in integrated way of the business documents, allows not only greater precision, but also the possibility to get whole with univocal references with great correctness, with a consumption of time equal to that necessary for the realization of just one document. 
The time and the precision are crucial factors to work without committing errors.  

The use of a module from what is available in the basic Knowledge, allows to virtually realize a number of combinations endless without personalizing the software and to pass it to the users with authorizations the gotten result, putting them in the condition to operate in driven way and checked as default. 
It also allows to check the truthfulness and the effectiveness of the data and the results to the users with authorizations Check and to apply possible corrections, changes in the phase Act to take back afresh the cycle... and so on.
